Letting Space is a public art programme in Wellington New Zealand in 2010 that seeks to transform the relationship between artists, property developers and their city. It commissions temporary art works from leading New Zealand contemporary artists for commercial CBD spaces.

Letting Space 2010 follows Artspace Auckland’s Letting Space programme that Jerram and Amery curated (initially with artist Judy Millar) in 1994-1996 - when the last major recession created numbers of vacant commercial sites in Auckland. Amery and Jerram are interested in exploring the changes in concerns of both artists and realtors since that time.
